Endurance retained the building’s old world charm by restoring the exterior brick shell and artfully integrating it into a brand new apartment building which was constructed in juxtaposition within the restored brick façade
Wrigley on Penn - 431 E Bayaud Ave, Denver
Creative land assemblage in one of Denver’s most land constrained neighborhoods - West Washington Park. The assemblage created a critical mass of land which allowed for the development of 29 residential condominiums above approximately 10,000 square feet of neighborhood retail.

Part of a larger office acquisition, this underutilized parking lot was decoupled from the office building. Over the ensuing 6 months Endurance rezoned the parcel to allow for the construction of 12 luxury for-sale townhomes
Golden Office Building - 607 19th Street, Golden
The 12,000 square foot vacant office building in downtown Golden was purchased with the intent of repositioning the building through an extensive renovation for a new single tenant user. Shortly after completing the acquisition and renovation the building was leased to a single user on a long term lease.
Bonnie Brae Retail - 715-731 South University Blvd, Denver
Endurance purchased this prime retail property which had been mismanaged by an absentee landlord, had unresolved environmental conditions, and a suboptimal tenant mix for the surrounding neighborhood. Shortly after acquiring the property, Endurance executed on a State approved environmental clean up plan, an extensive renovation, and a re-tenanting plan.
Pearl Street Duplex - 1658 & 1662 S. Pearl St, Denver
A dated duplex in Denver’s South Pearl neighborhood was renovated by Endurance. The building’s vintage beauty was reinstated through restoring the exterior and interior brick and full renovation to the interior of both units, including brand new kitchens and baths.
